2. This section provides access to current and past issues of these publications, allowing library users to stay updated on
the latest research, news, and information in various fields.
3. Assist students and staff for searching the Magazines.
Services of the Section
1. The Periodicals Section supports the teaching and research mission of the College by providing public assistance,
access, storage, maintenance, and management of periodicals collection.
2. Magazines may be borrowed by faculty and non-teaching personnel.
3. Sending GIT News Paper Clippings, Interesting reads (Related to Technology, how to face interview, jobs in abroad)
Clippings Daily through E-mail, also send the GIT College Ranking Published in Magazines to College Students, Staff,
Management Members (By using BlogSpot and Facebook).
4. Assist students and staff for searching the Magazines.
Policies of the section
1. We can subscribe the Magazines according to students suggestion or demand. Entry of the New Arrival Magazines
manually as well as in software.
2. Magazine is allowed to issue after 3 months of publication date and only allowed for 3 days.
3. Newspapers and other periodicals serve as a primary source of information on current events and provide readers with a
